Chef Vikki Massie obtained her culinary education at The Chef's Academy Indianapolis, graduating 2009, however journey into the world of Culinary started early in her life. After working in many industry for many years, and venturing out to do other things the path always lead back to some form of hospitality. After many years of working in restaurants and Catering Companies Chef Vikki struck out on her on and this was how Samora Red Catering was born
